Our hearts go out to those who have been affected by the November 2018 Camp Fire. We are here to help you along this spiritual journey as best we can.
Please take advantage of our free services provided especially to Camp Fire survivors. Our Center has seeked out professional individuals who are willing and qualified to address the different branches of trauma, free of charge.
With no cost to you, over than a moment of your time, explore what TM meditation can offer you, along with more holistic approaches to healing the mind and the body.

Services for Camp Fire Survivors
Holistic Healing | Experience 15 – 30 minute sessions of your choice of free Massage, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Trauma Support (counseling), Biofeedback, and Mindful Movement by skilled professionals.
All of these holistic healing methods are free to the public. Everyone should have the opportunity to try holistic healing practices, especially after the impact of the Camp Fire. 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month!
TM Workshop | Every Thursday in the month of July & August, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Bob Dillon who is a Transcendental Meditation Certified & the Director of North Valley Transcendental Meditation Center will be providing free workshops for deeper understanding of transcendental meditation
All workshops are carefully personalized for you by a certified TM teacher.
You will also receive (completely optional) additional group sessions outside of the Thursday workshops. These additional sessions will provide further instruction, ensuring maximum benefit from this easy, enjoyable technique.
We hope you’ll join us for all the much needed education of TM, originally started by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Founder of the Transcendental Meditation technique.
