About this event

Dance methods we will be using in this class integrate sacred chants, songs, and simple movements to create harmony from within. Body language and movement increases our communion with others around us and within ourselves. Through poetry and specialized practices, we are able to open ourselves to divine qualities hidden in our hearts and manifest what we want in life. No prior experience in dancing is required for this class, just an open mind to give dance a try. You might just find dancing in group more fun than you might think!

INITIATE Harmony & Balance

To better help initiate harmony and balance between the mind and body repetition is the key to success. Our Dances of Universal Peace classes meet every 2nd Friday of the month from 6:30-8:30 PM. We suggested to attend more than one class to ensure continuous progress for participants. Which is a great way to meet fellow class mates and to encourage the instructor to tailor the class to your specific needs!
