Wednesdays, Starting September 19th | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We’ve been conditioned to look outside ourselves for the answers to our questions and the solutions to our problems. But in the search for the Self, we learn to look within. In this 11 week class you will be introduced to practices that deepen our connection to our inner lives, discovering the felt sense of Being that will reveal itself more and more as we settle inwards. We will use time honored practices such as:
~ the healing power of sound and voice,
~ trans formative mantras that powerfully effect consciousness,
~ the purifying and center power of pranayama (breathing practices),
~ and deep meditation practices to quiet and center the mind in order to discover a deeper Self that has always been our true Identity, operating just behind the scenes of our mind’s drama.

Cost | $45 per class (For whom money is an issue may make arrangements with the facilitator for a reduced rate. No one who wishes to participate will be turned away.)
