The Sanskrit word, “satsang” is made up of two words: “Sat” meaning Truth (the Truth that sets us free), and “Sangha” meaning community.

“Soham” means “I Am That” — with a capital ’T’. So the phrase, “Soham Satsang” means a gathering or community of those seeking the Truth of Who they really are, and how to be That in their lives, and in the world.

Our hour and a half together will be a flow of practices including pranayama (breath practices), mantra, and meditation. We will have the opportunity to discuss how to apply spiritual practices to the challenges of our lives in very practical and powerful ways. Each gathering will have its own unique experience, allowing for each participant to receive exactly what they are needing as they walk the path of Awakening and Open-hearted Living.
