So please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. You will see immediate results from mindfulness training through the ancient methods used in Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
Practicing with an instructor and in a group helps keep you on track and consistently on schedule. This class meets twice a week at a low cost, making it much easier for you to learn and grow as a student of tai chi. Let’s be honest there are many videos online teaching the basics of tai chi and qigong. But without an instructor to tell you if you do the move right, you may not be making the progress you could be in less time.
Tai chi – is a gentle exercise that helps as we age to improve balance and prevent falls. By making slow, graceful movements in sync with deep breathing techniques.
To get the full effect of Tai Chi you have to practice at least 15 minutes everyday. It is great to have guided classes to help you reaffirm the techniques that you practice on a weekly basis.
This practice helps foster and develop flexibility, core strength, and endurance. Best of all, it is accessible to anyone no matter age or health level, it will not worsen existing impairments, or any chronic illnesses.
Practicing Medical Qi Gong is for enhancing one’s well-being by aligning and strengthening you mental, emotional, and physical core through safe/ non-harmful movements. With personalized instruction for everyone, instructor Matt Cavendar will work with each student based on there starting point.
