Spiritual Mind Treatment
“Treatment is the art, the act, and the science of consciously inducing thought within the Universal Subjectivity, for the purpose of demonstrating that we are surrounded by a Creative Medium which responds to us through a law of correspondence. In its more simple meaning, treatment is the time, process and method necessary to the changing of our thought. Treatment is clearing the thought of negation, of doubt and fear, and causing it to perceive the ever-presence of God.” ~ Ernest Holmes
Spiritual Mind Treatment Is…
… a method of affirmative prayer that was developed by Ernest Holmes. If you are desiring treatment work, we have people available who have been trained in at least three years of Science of Mind classes who will do treatment work for you. Please contact us and we will have a Practitioner contact you. “In the private realm of my mind, that individualized aspect of Infinite Mind, I now center myself in the truth of my being. I am made of Infinite Intelligence! The Original, Creative Essence is present, here and now, in my body and mind. I turn toward It. Releasing all other thoughts, I feel the Presence of Spirit.
From this enlivened perspective, I affirm the Divine prototype of perfect health, perfect wholeness. I breathe in this perfection. I breathe out all ideas that are unlike vibrant health. I release all stress, all resistance. I allow my body to relax and my mind to seek the highest and best thought now. The Loving Energy of God is pulsing through me, rejuvenating me, healing any idea that no longer serves me. From this place of love and surrender, I create my next experience. My thoughts of love and peace outpicture in my life now. The corresponding conditions and experiences are reflections of my peaceful consciousness, and I am deeply grateful.
From this attitude of gratitude, I loose these words in Mind, that fertile, responsive Power that always affirms my directive. I let my good unfold. And so it is.”
My Health is my own Business
“Back of all things, there is One Life. It is the Creative Essence, the Source of All That Is. That primal Energy pulses through me now, connecting me to all life. My part in this dance of creation is to express the Source, the Spiritual, Invisible Energy, in my own unique way. I do so now with conscious, deliberate focus. I take responsibility for my creative flow.
I know my health is my own business. I choose to experience vibrant good health. I accept assistance — physically, emotionally, scientifically — from vitality-minded sources. I need not convince anyone else of anything. My well-being is an inside job. It is truly my own belief that outpictures as my strong, healthy, supple, perfectly functioning body.
All my cells are working in harmony for the greater good of the whole. I am healthy. In loving gratitude, I know this as my truth and my life. And so it is.”

Perfect Health is my Birthright
“In the conscious recognition of the Infinite Power that sustains me, I know I am an individualized expression of that Power. As such, I direct my conscious thought toward that which I want, knowing that the Law of Mind responds and delivers. It is now my work to align with that idea: that perfect wholeness.
I release any and all obstacles to my good. I recognize that contrast arises so that I may more clearly identify where I choose to focus my thoughts and energy. I now choose perfect health. I appreciate the wondrous functioning of my body, its intelligence and innate desire for renewal, rejuvenation and balance. I get worries, doubts and fears out of the way of my body?s natural healing power. I allow Source to do its perfect work by way of my cells. I imagine the rejuvenation beginning, spreading Life Force throughout every organ, every process, every bone and every muscle. The whole system is working perfectly: returning itself to equilibrium.
In deep gratitude for the recognition of this perfect prototype, I keep my attention on what I want, turning away as often as necessary from any condition that belies the nature of true health. In gratitude, faith and knowing, I release this idea in the fertile Mind of God. And so it is done.”

Health, Peace, Prosperity
“At the center of my being is the Peace of God. As I turn toward It, I am reminded of my unity with this pervasive calm. I choose to focus on this underlying silence, this deep comforting cocoon. In this personal sanctuary, I feel my troubles melt away. I feel the relief of my cells, as they are able to rejuvenate, without my busy mind obstructing their perfect work.
All I need is available to me now. Those moments in the day when I stop, notice my breath, and remember the loving, peaceful calm beneath all activity, attune me to the nature of Spirit. More and more, with the purposeful training of my thoughts toward what I desire, toward my inner peace, I find things falling into place perfectly for me. I find people, places and situations appearing at the perfect time for my benefit. I am more and more able to relax and savor my experience.
In deep gratitude for this increasing grace and ease, I release these words in Mind, knowing it is done with perfection. And so it is.”
I am the Peace I Seek
“The Infinite Love of Spirit is the Source of all that is. From this First Cause, individualized expressions of Itself take form. I am a point of consciousness in Divine Mind, and I direct this Intelligent Power as I focus my attention.
Knowing this, and understanding my responsibility in the unfolding of my life, I direct my thought toward ideas and feelings of peace. I forgive those I perceive as war-makers. I allow diversity of opinion and belief. In my state of forgiveness and allowing, I am at one with Ultimate Peace. I choose to focus on creativity, solutions, and unity. I speak with non-violent language and act with kindness.
From this awareness of my Christ nature, I am at peace. I am peace. In grateful acknowledgment of this supreme strength and power, I release this idea in Mind, where it blooms magnificently. And so it is.”

“Every cell of my being reflects its origins: that of Divine Perfection. I am a beautiful expression of God, here to express in new and unique ways. I choose in this moment to reflect the peace, health and prosperity of Spirit, and I rejoice in the evidence of the Divine response to my direction. I see my organs healthy and rejuvenating. The vitality of God is at the core of my being. I allow it to express by means of my individual health in body and affairs. I trust the Divine Flow. Anything that is not of God is released now. I create a life of ease and joy, and my body reflects the peace of my focused mind. In deep gratitude I release these powerful words in Mind, knowing they are acted upon by Law. And so it is.”
Personal and Global Peace
“In the conscious awareness of the Infinite Power of Spirit, I recognize that It is my true nature. It created me out of Itself and, as Its creation, I am forever co-creating and expanding with It. There is no separation between my Source and me, except in my own perception. I choose now to cleanse my perception and realize my Oneness in God.
My life experience provides me with circumstances and events that either please me or don?t. When I view those unpleasing situations, I recognize the ?rocket of desire? that is born of the contrast. I turn my attention to that desire, knowing that my attention to it gives it more power. I choose to focus on the peace and harmony that is desired, knowing it is possible. I acknowledge the increased awareness on this planet that we are a global community, and war no longer serves us. I celebrate the increased awareness that peace is a natural, inherent birthright for all humanity.
In my continued awareness and focus on peace, I add to the peaceful consciousness of my world. With grateful expectation, I release these words to Law. And so it is.”
The Power that I am
“There is a Power for good in the Universe and it is God. This Power continuously unfolds its greater good and is the creator of all that is.
This Power is the source of my being and expresses its greater good through me and as me; we are one.
I listen to the Divine Power that surges through me and it reveals a constant stream of enlightened awareness. Thoughts and emotions centered around grief I once thought of as suggestions of weakness I now embrace as expressions of Love, Wholeness and Power. I let go of any thoughts rooted in guilt, shame or sense of failure and replace those thoughts with compassion, love and success. I am in perfect harmony with all that is good in the universe and I release myself into the flow of Divine Right Action. With God at the helm I express the Power that I am from a position of faith knowing I have all the tools, thoughts, ideas and words available to navigate through any situation that may present itself.
I am grateful for the Divine Power that I am and for the freedom to express my Truth. I am grateful for the harmony this Power brings to all of my relationships.
Releasing these thoughts into the Subjective Mind I know them to already be so, and so it is.”
Prosperity
Prosperity
“There is Only One Divine Flow of all Life, living and expressing itself in nature and that includes flowing and expressing as me. I am at the center of an infinite stream of ever flowing prosperity and abundance. I recognize this prosperity and abundance that is demonstrated everywhere. I am open to this flow and allow the limitless supply of love, health, wealth, peace, joy, and creativity to move through me. I know that there is abundant supply of money to share. The flow of money easily flows through me, prospering me and blessing all the Good works that I direct it to. I understand that I can not receive without giving nor can I give without receiving. So I release any barriers or resistance to this flow and I open wide for the Truth of prosperity to flow through me, as me. New avenues of giving and receiving continue to be welcomed in my life. I invite the flow of the Divine to bless me. I give thanks for knowing that abundance is the Truth expressing in my consciousness and in my experience. I appreciate all the boundless Good that enriches me, my life and the life of everyone I meet. I fully accept this treatment as my personal Truth mirrored from the Infinite Truth. And so it is.”

“The Infinite Mind of God is working through and as me right now. I am an individualized expression of The Source, taking thought beyond where it has been. As I think, I set the Action of the Spirit in motion, and the Universe expands by means of me. I choose now to deliberately focus my thoughts in the direction of that which pleases me. Spirit responds by flowing to and through me the love, joy and abundance that is Its nature. I allow it to provide for me in wondrous ways. In deep appreciation of the Wealth of God, available and flowing to me now, I release these words in joyous expectation of my good. And so it is.”
Relationships
I am Adored
“There is an Animating Source that flows through all things, expanding the Universe. This Source, First Cause, is a Presence for which there is no adequate description. Love, gratitude, joy, all come close to expressing the nature of this Essence.
I accept Its presence, regardless of my current ability to explain It. I now allow It to make Itself known to me. I welcome the recognition of Its loving, joyous nature. I accept the idea of this pervasive Spiritual Energy as adoring Itself as me. I now allow this sensation of being adored to waft over me. I accept this as natural, basic and perpetual.
As I accept this love, I mimic it in my physical relationships. Each one is a sacred bond of loving interaction, grace and ease. I recognize that everyone is made of this Loving Essence, and I connect with that Essence in others. My Inner Being guides and supports me in creating a ?marriage made in heaven.? I flow the love of Spirit throughout my own body and the body of my relationships.
In gratitude, I release these words in confident freedom, expecting my inherent good to be displayed in my healthy, loving relationships. And so it is.”
I am the Love That I Seek
“There is one Divine, Loving Essence that cradles me, nurtures me, supports me. Regardless of any idea I may have had about myself or my world, I rest in the knowledge that Spirit adores me.
From that place of Divine acceptance, I share Spirit?s idea that I am a worthy being. If God loves me (and It does!), then there surely is enough for me to appreciate! I now acknowledge the benefit I am to the world. I know I am here on purpose, and that purpose is to express love. I do so now, first to myself.
As I acknowledge my value, nurture myself and see holiness in my eyes, I realize that same holiness is in everyone I meet. I choose to express kindness to all beings, and I accept kindness in return. I am open and receptive to the expression of loving kindness from those around me. As I picture myself as the perfect friend and lover, I emit a vibration that attracts to me those of like mind. I am a match for loving companionship, and I relish the idea of exploring the unfolding relationships that are coming to me now.
In deep gratitude and joyful anticipation, I release these words in Mind, ready to take my next step on this glorious, loving adventure. And so it is.”

“Infinite Peace is who and what I am. Divine Love is expressing through me as me in all my affairs. My true nature is that of Perfect Wholeness. As I return to that truth, all resistance falls away. My relationships are loving and nurturing, my creative self expression is inspired and joyful. The energy of God flows freely through me in perfect circulation of money and all manner of abundance. I am deeply grateful for this awakening, and I go forth each day in relaxed expectation of my good. It is spoken with authority here and now, and the Universe responds in kind. And so it is!”
My Relationships are Holy
“In the conscious recognition of the One Source, I joyfully surrender to the Pure, Loving Essence that is the truth of my being. In that surrender, I am buoyed, supported and nurtured.
Through experiencing my many relationships, I am coming to understand what works for me. I am gaining clarity about the graceful dance between individuals as they strive for connection and deeper meaning. I understand the importance of my own unity with Spirit, and from this place of knowing my value in and to All That Is, I am better able to love, support and uplift others.
In deep gratitude, I accept my role as physical extension of God. I accept the idea that my individual mind has access to, and can function as, the mind that was in the master teacher, Jesus. This Christ consciousness flows through me in all my relationships. As I speak it, it is so.”
