I Access Peace from Within Guided Meditation

We archive all of our Sunday morning Guided Meditations on YouTube for you to enjoy from the comfort of home, or on the go.

Turn your attention inward with a new guided meditation by Registered Science of Mind Practitioner Sandy Gohlke titled “I Access Peace from Within.” Sandy will be taking inspiration from her recent travel to Monarch Pass from the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.

Begin and settle yourself in your seat so you feel comfortable….

Now place your feet firmly on the ground. Now sit tall and straiten your spine and know that you are connecting to the Earth beneath your feet and the sky above your head.

Close your eyes if you wish. And notice your breathing.

This is Spirit revealing. If your breath fills shallow consciously breath more deeply. Fill yourself with light and love. Become more relaxed with each breath and with your eyes closed do a body scan. Imagining energy moving through body from your head down through your torso, your extremities, and then your feet. If you notice any areas of tightness breath into these areas and let go of constriction.

Breath in. Breath out.

Breath in and release that air. Breath it out.

Be open to ease and effortlessness. Your deepening your awareness of peace. Release any consciousness of agitation, or conflict. Let go of anything that is gone on before this moment. Remember all of life is interconnected as the One Divine life.

Breath in and Breath out.

Find sweet harmony within your total being. You are well cared for within the inner presents of Spirit. For yourself know – I now accept this Truth and I step into freedom from fear. Fear dissolves into the nothingness from where it belongs and I replace fear with this sense of confidence, peace, and love.

I accept deep peace from within. In consciousness I bring compassion and love to any appearance of chaos. I am learning to be quiet with myself. As myself, I am unbounded love and light. There is nothing I need to fix. Being here now in peace is enough. The “P” in peace represents the Presents. The first “e” represents energy. The “a” represents acceptance and awareness. The “c” represents consciousness. The second “e’ represents expansion. I am peace. In silence I open to an expanded sense of awareness.

Gently allow your consciousness to return to the room. Open your eyes when you are ready. And begin to notice your with your senses is there something you feel? Is there air moving around you? Is there something you hear? Perhaps there is a sound. Allow your eyes to adjust to the light in the room, and notice is there an object that catches your attention? Whatever it is, be here now and know that this peace is with you now and always ready for your willingness. Call it when you need it and be one with it.
