Oh ho ho, what a lovely holiday season we shared.
Our two Candlelight Services were well received. Our remarkable Choir outdid themselves with new Music Director, Linda Snodgrass. People really appreciated receiving their 2011 affirmations to work with in their personal spiritual practice.
“Boxing Day” Sunday was a small but mighty crowd. However, those of us in attendance had the exquisite pleasure of hearing Jevon Gegg-Mitchell as our special musical guest. This man’s artistry at the piano is indescribable. (We’re hoping to entice him back for a musical concert in the Spring!)
This Wednesday, everyone has an opportunity to share in our monthly Taize service at 7:00 p.m. This month’s theme is, “All Is Well” and what a great time to release the old year and prepare for the new one together in sacred practice.
And don’t party too hard on the weekend as you will want to be at the Center on Sunday to hear our special guest, Kathy Zavada. Kathy is a dear favorite of ours and she will not only be doing the music but will be giving the Sunday lesson as well!
Know that you are loved and appreciated; and poised to co-create a magnificent new year with your spiritual community.
Blessings and see you next year!
