By using a variety of sacred dance techniques and chants we can enter a state of inner journeying. Dances of Universal Peace is about deepening your mind-body connection, while having fun with others in the class. As everyone explores using dance – we open and learn hidden qualities we never knew about ourselves.

These great qualities can be easily get burred and we want to help you dig them out! Dances for Universal Peace is a monthly class. That meets on the 2nd Friday of every month from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. So mark your calendars for the most spiritually motivated dance class of your life.

About spiritual dances

Dances of Universal Peace is also greatly inspired by the beautiful and spiritual world of Sufi dancing. An ancient dance that originated in the middle East; that utilizes continuous whirling to deepen the connection of ourselves to the divine. Through a state known as “mystical intoxication” – we learn that is no separation between the divine world and our own.
