Transcendental Meditation, or TM – is a meditation technique that calms both the mind & body, to allow ourselves to experience a state of calmness.
Every person has an inner state of peace within us, and we can tap back into this subconscious state with meditation. Meditation effectively removes distractions that disrupt our inner, deep level of thought.
TM does not require anyone to sit on the floor, most often TM is practiced while sitting up-right in a standard chair. Transcendental Meditation is the most suitable and adaptable form of meditation, that works with all physical levels.

Bob Dillon who is Transcendental Meditation Certified & the Director of North Valley Transcendental Meditation Center will be providing free workshops for deeper understanding of transcendental meditation. All workshops are carefully personalized for you by a certified TM teacher. Children are also welcomed and encouraged to come and join!
You will also receive (completely optional) additional group sessions outside of the Thursday workshops. These additional sessions will provide further instruction, ensuring maximum benefit from this fun, enjoyable technique.
