Every Thursday in the month of June from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM, Bob Dillon a Transcendental Meditation Certified & Director of North Valley Transcendental Meditation Center will providing a free “introduction and prep” workshop for deeper transcendental meditation sessions here at Center for Spiritual Living, Chico. All workshops are carefully personalized for you by a certified TM teacher.

You will also receive (completely optional) additional group sessions outside of the Thursday workshops. These additional sessions will provide further instruction, ensuring maximum benefit from this easy, enjoyable technique.
