Love Thy…Self

It is said “Love your neighbor as yourself”. That is easier said than done when we have not been taught to love ourselves. I beleive loving oneself is the gateway to a more loving world.

But what is in the way?

Through a six-week class Deborah Crawford, CMT, Reiki Master and Love Coach, will guide you to open the gateway to deepening self-love, using gentle stretching, guided mediation and interactive exploration exercises. You will leave this class knowing how to Love Thyself and feeling more connected to that inner you.

For your convenience, choose either Monday or Thursday series:
Mondays: 6-8 PM from September 11th to October 16th or
Thursdays: 10 AM-12 PM from September 14th to October 19th
