Matt Cavender has studied and practiced Chinese marital arts for over 43 years. He has developed and teaches Qi Gong (Chi Gong) a unique practice for all ages and especially for people between the ages of 60 and 110 -years old.

Occurs twice a each week :

Tuesday at 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Thursdays at 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
