Mindfulness—the idea of encouraging a calmer, more present mental state by focusing awareness on the present moment, feelings, thoughts, breath and bodily sensations.
We have talked a lot about this in the past. Today I would like to bring to light another part of mindfulness we have not discussed. Most of the time we use mindfulness as a way of meditating. But it can also be used to help your listening, and it may even help your memory.
That is why I would like you to practice some memory games while trying to be mindful of what you see and hear. If you practice being present you should do well in these games.
